Tonio brings a wealth of expertise in strategic sourcing and financial engineering. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a degree in Consumer Psychology, Tonio began his career at Macy's Corporate Headquarters in Manhattan, where he successfully managed $750 million in procurement transactions with both domestic and international partners.

After leaving the corporate sector, Tonio transitioned into the capital markets within the commercial real estate industry. As the driving force behind Seven Karat Strategy Advisors, he has arranged over $165 million in debt and equity financing across a diverse range of asset classes, leveraging institutional capital relationships to create value in each deal.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tonio is deeply engaged in community service and social impact.
