Performing Due Diligence

After creating models and the deal begins to look more promising, we perform a physical inspection to assure that everything is as it should be. 

 

This process includes audits from both our property management group as well as our general contractors who will conduct their separate inspections for legal matters or finances, we also work with them on future improvements!

Going Under Contract

After the aforementioned steps have been completed and we find the perfect property, we go under contract. 

 

Here we will sit down with attorneys to draft many different agreements and documentations. 

 

We will sit with a lender and hash out the debt services, and raise capital from investors, which will allow us to establish the final model and projections of the property. 

Asset Management

The deal has been closed, and it's time to put our plans into action. 

 

We are going to start working on some projects right away so that when residents get their chance they'll love what we've done for them!

 

A systematic strategy will be used with measured steps in mind while also closely monitoring management group members who have agreed upon running this property at its highest expectations only!

As the project goes along investors will see returns on the profits the property makes either monthly or quarterly depending on the deal.
