Michael Sourial is a Co-Founder and Principal at Emmanuel Capital Group. As the head asset manager his responsibilities are to work with property management companies, supervising on-site management and ensuring that business plans are being properly executed. He also manages the firm's financial accounts and reporting.


Michael has found a large passion in the Forex market - essentially day trading currencies. In doing so he has achieved the professional status of "Advanced Intra-Day Trader". Michael is currently a Junior at Worcester State University working on his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in accounting, working towards being a CPA.

Hannah Howard, CEO of Hannah Howard Advisory, is a commercial real estate broker who has sold and financed over $1 billion. She has been able to build and curate a team of professionals successful in both production and sales. Hannah’s clients benefit from long-standing lender relationships, market intelligence, and fantastic customer service.


She first joined the industry when she realized she wanted a career where she could be her own boss, and where the sky was her limit. Ever since she was able to reach a leadership position at her firm even though the real estate industry is male-dominated.


Moving forward, Hannah’s biggest goals include adding another billion in financing and continuing to grow with her clients by adding inventory to their portfolio.
