Through proactive research and searches we strive to always have equity ready to be deployed for when a deal hits our acquisitions criteria. After tackling and closing the deal we work to manage the asset to properly ensure our business plan is being executed and investors are achieving their returns. Finally, taking into consideration all micro and macro knowledge of the market and asset we will best find the right time to exit the property.
